{"id":6982,"date":"2022-02-23T16:26:09","date_gmt":"2022-02-23T16:26:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.geostru.eu\/?p=6982"},"modified":"2022-02-23T16:42:07","modified_gmt":"2022-02-23T16:42:07","slug":"calculul-si-verificarea-structurilor-rutiere-suple-si-semirigide-cu-ajutorul-software-ului-geostru-road-pavement-design-rpd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.geostru.eu\/ro\/calculul-si-verificarea-structurilor-rutiere-suple-si-semirigide-cu-ajutorul-software-ului-geostru-road-pavement-design-rpd\/","title":{"rendered":"Calculul \u0219i verificarea structurilor rutiere suple \u0219i semirigide cu ajutorul software-ului GeoStru\u00ae Road Pavement Design RPD"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Structurile rutiere sunt alc\u0103tuite din strate suprapuse, de materiale \u0219i grosimi diferite, a c\u0103ror func\u021bie este de a prelua ac\u021biunile generate de trafic \u0219i de a le transmite \u0219i repartiza, \u00een mod corespunz\u0103tor, c\u0103tre\u00a0 patul drumului sau c\u0103tre alte structuri, precum \u0219i de a asigura condi\u021bii de siguran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i confort pentru utilizatori (suprafa\u021b\u0103 de rulare plan\u0103 \u0219i pu\u021bin deformabil\u0103).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Func\u021biile structurilor rutiere pot fi rezumate dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Capacitatea de a distribui sarcinile pe substrat;<\/li>\n<li>Rezisten\u021ba la solicit\u0103ri induse de sarcin\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>Rezisten\u021ba la stres (durabilitate).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Proiectarea unei structuri rutiere nu difer\u0103, \u00een esen\u021b\u0103, de cea a oric\u0103rei alte structuri de inginerie civil\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dimensionarea structural\u0103 se realizeaz\u0103 prin alegerea:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Grosimilor totale \u0219i ale stratelor individuale \u00een mod adecvat;<\/li>\n<li>Propriet\u0103\u021bilor mecanice ale materialelor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/shop\/software-ro\/structuri\/calcul-structuri-rutiere\/?lang=ro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RPD \u201cRoad Pavement Design\u201d<\/a> este un software ce implementeaz\u0103 proceduri automate pentru calculul \u0219i verificarea stratelor sistemelor rutiere suple \u0219i semirigide. Cu RPD pot fi efectuate proceduri de verificare conform metodelor empirice (precum cea propus\u0103 de AASHTO \u00een documentul GUIDE FOR DESIGN OF PAVEMENT STRUCTURES) \u0219i a metodelor Ivanov si Westergaard cu implementarea calculului deforma\u021biilor \u00een structura multistrat.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>AASHTO GUIDE FOR DESIGN OF PAVEMENT STRUCTURES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Metoda se bazeaz\u0103 pe considera\u021biile ce rezult\u0103 din testele experimentale. Principiul general al metodei este acela de a m\u0103sura c\u00e2t de rezistent\u0103 este structura rutier\u0103 \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te num\u0103rul de vehicule (axe standard de 82 kN) la care sistemul rutier poate rezista, men\u021bin\u00e2ndu-\u0219i func\u021bionalitatea dorit\u0103, pentru un anumit num\u0103r de ani (stabilit ca date de proiectare egale, \u00een cele mai multe cazuri, cu durata de via\u021b\u0103 util\u0103 a sectorului de drum).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Este o metod\u0103 empirico-statistic\u0103 care ne permite s\u0103 ob\u021binem num\u0103rul cumulat (W<sub>18<\/sub>) al axelor standard de 8.16 t (18 kip) pe care o structur\u0103 rutier\u0103 \u00eel poate suporta \u00eenainte de a ajunge la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul duratei de via\u021b\u0103 util\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Valoarea W<sub>18<\/sub> ob\u021binut\u0103 trebuie deci comparat\u0103 cu estimarea traficului real pe sectorul de drumul proiectat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Metoda de dimensionare se bazeaz\u0103 pe 4 factori care iau \u00een considerare urm\u0103toarele aspecte:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Caracteristicile structurale ale \u00eembr\u0103c\u0103min\u021bii rutiere;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Caracteristicile substratului;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Gradul de fiabilitate a procesului de dimensionare;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Degradarea limit\u0103 admis\u0103 a suprastructurii (PSI).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6983 \" src=\"https:\/\/blog.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2022\/02\/1.jpg\" alt=\"rutiere\" width=\"617\" height=\"157\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2022\/02\/1.jpg 1115w, https:\/\/blog.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2022\/02\/1-300x76.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2022\/02\/1-1024x261.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blog.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2022\/02\/1-768x196.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 617px) 100vw, 617px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Condi\u021bia de verificare este exprimat\u0103 prin urm\u0103toarea expresie: \ud835\udc4a<sub>18<\/sub>&gt;N<sub>18<\/sub><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Unde:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">N<sub>18<\/sub> = num\u0103rul de axe standard, echivalente tranzitate \u00een timpul perioadei de via\u021b\u0103 util\u0103;<br \/>\nW<sub>18 <\/sub>= num\u0103rul axelor standard echivalente (structura rutier\u0103 elastic\u0103), trafic admis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Metodele <\/strong>se bazeaz\u0103 pe rezolvarea problemei de deforma\u021bie elasto-plastic\u0103 \u00een p\u0103m\u00e2nturi. Criteriul se bazeaz\u0103 pe limitarea deforma\u021biei plastice maxime care are loc la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul duratei de via\u021b\u0103 util\u0103 a suprafe\u021bei de rulare a drumului. \u00cen general, condi\u021bia de admisibilitate a unei suprafe\u021be de rulare este exprimat\u0103 prin urm\u0103toarea rela\u021bie:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6987 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2022\/02\/2.jpg\" alt=\"rutiere fs\" width=\"116\" height=\"78\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Unde f<sub>adm<\/sub> este deforma\u021bia admisibil\u0103 pe care sectorul de drum este capabil s\u0103 o suporte pe durata de via\u021b\u0103 util\u0103, \u00een timp ce f<sub>d<\/sub> este deforma\u021bia estimat\u0103 \u0219i calculat\u0103 \u00een faza de proiectare. Software-ul RPD implementeaz\u0103 dou\u0103 tipuri de verific\u0103ri: metoda Ivanov sau metoda Westergaard.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Westergaard<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Metoda Westergaard se bazeaz\u0103 pe rezolvarea ecua\u021biei Lagrange pentru pl\u0103ci sub\u021biri. \u00cen general, metoda este un instrument pentru calcularea deform\u0103rii maxime a unei pl\u0103ci sub\u021biri (structura rutier\u0103). Criteriul de verificare (sau de proiectare) se bazeaz\u0103 pe calculul deform\u0103rii maxime a pl\u0103cii sub\u021biri pe mediu elastic (Winkler).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Ivanov<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Metoda Ivanov se bazeaz\u0103 pe rezolvarea problemei de deforma\u021bie \u00een terenuri dat\u0103 de Boussinesq. Acesta permite efectuarea unei ANALIZE PARAMETRICE fa\u021b\u0103 de orice parametru ce intervine \u00een calcul permi\u021b\u00e2nd, de asemenea, generarea unui raport detaliat de calcul,
