Tija este formata din adaos de tije succesive, lipite pe verticala, avand dimensiune standard si masa cunoscuta. Tijele sunt introduse \u00een p\u0103m\u00e2nt prin batere si sunt lasate s\u0103 cad\u0103 de la aceeasi \u00een\u0103l\u021bime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Informa\u021bia furnizat\u0103 de test este continu\u0103, deoarece m\u0103sur\u0103torile rezistentei la penetrare se efectueaz\u0103 pe tot parcursul incercarii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se inregistreaza num\u0103rul de batai necesare penetr\u0103rii fiec\u0103rei por\u021biuni de lungime stabilit\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Testele de penetrare dinamica continue pot fi efectuate conform unor standarde diferite, \u00een func\u021bie de combina\u021biile parametrilor adopta\u021bi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>masa maiului (10 \u00f7 100 kg);<\/li><li>\u00een\u0103l\u021bimea de c\u0103dere (200 \u00f7 760 mm);<\/li><li>diametrul v\u00e2rfului conului (22 \u00f7 63 mm);<\/li><li>forma v\u00e2rfului (unghi de deschidere 60 \u00b0 &#8211; 90 \u00b0, extensie la baza conului);<\/li><li>diametrul exterior al tijei (16 \u00f7 45 mm);<\/li><li>p\u0103trunderea de referin\u021b\u0103 (100 \u00f7 300 mm);<\/li><li>metoda de eliminare sau reducere a frecarii laterale de-a lungul barelor (acoperire, noroi prin tije, diametrul v\u00e2rfului&gt; diametrul tijei).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Caracteristicile echipamentului \u0219i metodele de execu\u021bie au fost standardizate \u00een Procedurile Interna\u021bionale de Referin\u021b\u0103 elaborate de <a href=\"http:\/\/issmfe.org\">ISSMFE<\/a> si includ patru tipuri de penetrometru, clasificat \u00een func\u021bie de masa maiului:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>TIP<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Cod de referin\u021b\u0103<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Masa M(kg)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>U\u0219or<\/td><td>DPL (u\u0219or)<\/td><td>M \u2264 10<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Mediu<\/td><td>DPM (mediu)<\/td><td>10 &lt; M &lt; 40<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Greu<\/td><td>DPH (greu)<\/td><td>40 &lt; M &lt; 60<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Super greu<\/td><td>DPSH (super greu)<\/td><td>M \u2265 60<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezisten\u021ba la penetrare dinamic\u0103 pe con, <strong>Rpd,<\/strong> \u00een func\u021bie de num\u0103rul de lovituri <strong>N,<\/strong> este evaluat\u0103 folosind <strong>formula olandez\u0103<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rpd = M<sup>2<\/sup>\u00b7H\/[A\u00b7e\u00b7(M + P)] = M<sup>2<\/sup>\u00b7H\u00b7N\/[A\u00b7\u03b4\u00b7(M + P)]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unde:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rpd = rezisten\u021ba la penetrare dinamic\u0103 pe con (zona A);<\/li><li>e = \u03b4 \/ N = patrunderea conului sub o singura lovitura;<\/li><li>M = masa oscilant\u0103 (\u00een\u0103l\u021bimea de c\u0103dere H);<\/li><li>P = masa total\u0103 a barelor \u0219i a sistemului.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Test de penetrare dinamic\u0103 SPT (<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Standard_penetration_test\">test de penetrare standard<\/a>)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><p>Testul SPT se efectueaz\u0103 \u00een timpul for\u0103rii. Acesta const\u0103 \u00een \u00eenregistrarea num\u0103rului de lovituri necesare pentru a penetra 45 cm \u00een teren, prin gaura de foraj, un tub de prelevare de dimensiuni standard. Tubul este conectat la suprafa\u021b\u0103 prin intermediul bateriei de tije pe care ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 o greutate de 63,5 kg, care cade liber de la \u00een\u0103l\u021bimea de 0,76 m.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-602 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2020\/06\/SPT-300x233.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"493\" height=\"383\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2020\/06\/SPT-300x233.png 300w, https:\/\/blog.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2020\/06\/SPT.png 461w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 493px) 100vw, 493px\" \/><\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen timpul testului se m\u0103soar\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>N1 = num\u0103rul de lovituri necesare pentru a introduce in teren sond\u0103 primii 15 cm, considerate sec\u021biunea &#8222;start&#8221;;<\/li><li>N2 = num\u0103rul de lovituri necesare pentru patrunderea sondei pentru urm\u0103torii 15 cm;<\/li><li>N3 = num\u0103rul de lovituri necesare ultimilor 15 cm de progres.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Valoarea ob\u021binut\u0103 este asimilat\u0103 ca rezisten\u021b\u0103 la penetrare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N<sub>SPT<\/sub> = N<sub>2<\/sub> + N<sub>3<\/sub><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se folose\u0219te urm\u0103torul echipament standard:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>tije de pilo\u021bi cu un diametru exterior de 50 mm \u0219i o greutate de 7 kg \/ m;<\/li><li>capul de o\u021bel \u00een\u0219urubat pe temple;<\/li><li>ciocan de o\u021bel de 63,5 kg;<\/li><li>dispozitiv automat care permite c\u0103tu\u0219ului s\u0103 cad\u0103 de la o \u00een\u0103l\u021bime de 0,76 m;<\/li><li>ghidarea dispozitivului de centrare pentru tije;<\/li><li>etalon standard (numit Raymond de la compania care la introdus prima). Este un tub carotier cu un diametru exterior de 51 mm, o grosime de 16 mm \u0219i o lungime total\u0103 de 813 mm;<\/li><li>\u00een terenuri necoezive, man\u0219eta este \u00eenlocuit\u0103 cu un v\u00e2rf conic cu diametru de 51 mm, si unghiul de 60 \u00b0.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receptorul Raymond<\/strong> const\u0103 \u00eentr-un tub care este divizat longitudinal pe jum\u0103tate; cele dou\u0103 semituburi sunt \u021binute \u00eempreun\u0103, \u00een timpul introducerii, de un man\u0219on \u00een\u0219urubat la baz\u0103 \u0219i un inel la partea superioar\u0103. La sf\u00e2r\u0219itul testului, man\u0219onul este de\u0219urubat, tubul se deschide \u00een dou\u0103, permi\u021b\u00e2nd extragerea e\u0219antionului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vasta utilizarea a incercarii SPT se datoreaz\u0103, \u00een principal, u\u0219urin\u021bei de realizare, putand fi efectuat\u0103 \u00een orice tip de teren \u00een timpul execu\u021biei forajelor, f\u0103r\u0103 adoptarea de echipamente suplimentare; utilizarea sa \u00een \u00eentreaga lume a condus la producerea unei bibliografii abundente care u\u0219ureaz\u0103 interpretarea rezultatelor ob\u021binute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exist\u0103 numeroase corela\u021bii \u00eentre rezisten\u021ba la penetrare (NSPT) \u0219i parametrii geotehnici pentru terenuri coezive si necoezive, din care amintim:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>TERENURI NECOEZIVE<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Cele mai adecvate corela\u021bii \u00eentre rezisten\u021ba la penetrare (NSPT) \u0219i parametri geotehnici sunt prezentate in cele ce urmeaza:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1) <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2020\/06\/GIBBS_HOLTS.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Gibbs &amp; Holtz (1957)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Permite determinarea densit\u0103\u021bii relative a terenurilor necoezive prin intermediul rela\u021biei dintre rezisten\u021ba la penetrare \u0219i presiunea vertical\u0103 efectiv\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2020\/06\/DE_MELLO.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Corela\u021bia lui De Mello<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Permite determinarea unghiului de frecare interna \u00een func\u021bie de for\u021ba vertical\u0103 efectiv\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3) Corela\u021biile&nbsp; lui Schmertmann<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In cadrul acestor corelatii se raporteaza valorea unghiul de frecare interna la valoarea densitatii relative, \u00een func\u021bie de dimensiunile particulelor rezultate din curba granulometrica, folosind at\u00e2t valorile densit\u0103\u021bii relative Dr obtinute cu metoda Gibbss-Hotz, c\u00e2t \u0219i cu metoda Terzaghi-Pech-Skempon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f&nbsp;= 28+0.14\u00b7Dr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f&nbsp;= 31.5+0.115\u00b7Dr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f&nbsp;= 34.5+0.10\u00b7Dr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f&nbsp;= 38+0.08\u00b7Dr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4) Corela\u021bii \u00eentre rezisten\u021ba la penetrarea NSPT \u0219i compresibilitate&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metodele utilizate sunt \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bite \u00een dou\u0103 categorii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prima categorie se bazeaza pe corelarea valorii rezisten\u021bei la penetrare dinamica cu valoarea tasarii. In cadrul acestei categorii sunt incluse metodele Terzaghi \u0219i Peck, Meyerhof \u0219i Peck-Bazaraa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A doua categorie se refera la corela\u021biile empirice \u00eentre NSPT \u0219i modulul de deformatie liniara a nisipurilor; In cadrul acestei categorii sunt incluse metodele Alpan,&nbsp; D\u2019Apollonia, Parry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In urma compararii valorilor tas\u0103rilor calculate cu diferite metode empirice cu valorile tas\u0103rilor reale, m\u0103surate \u00een America de Peck (1948) &#8211; Bazaara (1967) &#8211; Baker (1965), Parry (1971), rezulta ca metoda Peck este cea mai corespunzatoare, \u00een timp ce metodele cele mai testate sunt cele ale lui Meyerhof, Peck-Bazaraa, Alpan \u0219i Burland-Burbidge (1984).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>TERENURI COEZIVE&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Cea mai utilizata corela\u021bie este Terzaghi-Peck, bazata pe valoarea rezisten\u021bei la penetrarea NSPT, consisten\u021ba pamantului \u0219i valoarea coeziunii nedrenat\u0103 Cu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar rela\u021bia dintre NSPT \u0219i Cu se poate aplica doar in cazul argilelor sensibile. Aceste tipuri de argile sunt definite ca avand&nbsp; sensibilitatea A = Cu,i \/ Cu,r (raportul dintre coeziunea nedrenat\u0103 a e\u0219antionului netulburat \u0219i coeziunea nedrenat\u0103 a e\u0219antionului tulburat), raportul A are valori cuprinse intre 4 si 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen restul cazurilor, evaluarea parametrilor pamanturilor coezive, bazat\u0103 pe valoarea rezisten\u021bei la penetrare dinamica NSPT este considerat\u0103 nesigur\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Corelarea testului de penetrarea dinamica continua cu testul SPT<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Corela\u021bia care leag\u0103 num\u0103rul de lovituri N care se ob\u021bin din testul DP \u0219i valoarea NSPT care se ob\u021bine din testul SPT este urm\u0103toarea:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N<sub>SPT<\/sub> = \u03b2t\u00b7N<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unde:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u03b2t=(Q\/Q<sub>SPT<\/sub>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Q este energia specific\u0103 pe lovitur\u0103 \u0219i Q<sub>SPT<\/sub> este energia corespunzatoare testului SPT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odat\u0103 identificat\u0103 valoarea N<sub>SPT <\/sub>corelat\u0103 cu num\u0103rul de lovituri, caracteristicile geotehnice ale terenurilor sunt ob\u021binute folosind acelea\u0219i corela\u021bii valabile pentru testele SPT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CALCULAREA (N<sub>1<\/sub>)<sub>60<\/sub><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(N<sub>1<\/sub>)<sub>60<\/sub>&nbsp; este num\u0103rul normal de lovituri, definit astfel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(N<sub>1<\/sub>)<sub>60<\/sub>&nbsp;= CN\u00b7N<sub>60<\/sub> (Liao e Whitman 1986)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>unde:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CN=(Pa\/s<sub>v0<\/sub>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>CN&lt;1.7 si Pa= 101.32 kPa<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N<sub>60<\/sub>=N<sub>SPT<\/sub>\u00b7(ER\/60)\u00b7C<sub>s<\/sub> \u00b7C<sub>r<\/sub> \u00b7C<sub>d<\/sub><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>unde:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>ER &#8211; raportul de energie a echipamentului conform ASTM-D-4633-86;<\/li><li>Cs &#8211; factor de corectie datorat prezentei sau absentei mansonului (daca nu se ia in considerare mansonul valoarea Cs=1,2);&nbsp;<\/li><li>Cd &#8211; factor de corectie in functie de diametrul gaurii de foraj (pentru foraje avand diametrul intre 65-115mm, valoare Cd=1);<\/li><li>Cr &#8211; factor de corectie datorat lungimii tijelor de batere.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/ro\/shop\/software-ro\/incercari-in-situ\/dynamic-probing-incercari-de-penetrometrie-dinamica\/\">DYNAMIC PROBING<\/a> ESTE CEL MAI UTILIZAT SOFTWARE &nbsp;DIN LUME PENTRU PROCESAREA TESTELOR DE PENETRARE DINAMICA CONTINUA.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Testul const\u0103 \u00een m\u0103surarea rezisten\u021bei la penetrare a unui v\u00e2rf conic metalic, conectat la o tij\u0103 de o\u021bel extensibil.
