Un pic de istorie<\/h3>\n

BEP s-a n\u0103scut din lumea anglo-saxon\u0103 \u00een contextul\u00a0PAS 1192-2:2013<\/a>\u00a0(Specifica\u021bii disponibile pentru public). PAS nu sunt altceva dec\u00e2t specifica\u021bii disponibile public, adic\u0103 un document de standardizare similar cu un standard tehnic ca structur\u0103 \u0219i form\u0103, cu scopul de a accelera procesul de standardizare. PAS 1192-2:2013 nu mai este utilizat \u0219i a fost integrat \u00een standardul\u00a0UNI EN ISO 19650-1:2019<\/a>\u00a0pentru Europa \u0219i, \u00een special, \u00een Italia \u0219i Regatul Unit, fiind \u00eenso\u021bit de anexele na\u021bionale relevante: UNI 11337<\/a> (2015, 2017, 2018, p\u0103r\u021bile 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) pentru Italia, precum \u0219i de Ghidul de angajare \u201e19650-0\u201d, Prefa\u021ba na\u021bional\u0103 la \u201e19650-1\u201d \u0219i Anexa na\u021bional\u0103 la \u201e19650-2\u201d pentru Regatul Unit.<\/p>\n

Obiectivele BEP<\/h3>\n

  1. Planificarea \u0219i gestionarea proiectului<\/strong>: Stabile\u0219te cerin\u021bele, procesele \u0219i standardele BIM de urmat pentru a asigura atingerea obiectivelor proiectului.<\/li>\n
  2. Coordonarea \u00eentre p\u0103r\u021bile implicate<\/strong>: Se asigur\u0103 c\u0103 echipele colaboreaz\u0103 eficient \u0219i c\u0103 exist\u0103 un limbaj comun.<\/li>\n
  3. Calitate \u0219i control<\/strong>: Define\u0219te criteriile de verificare \u0219i validare a informa\u021biilor \u0219i a modelelor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    EIR – Exchange Information Requirements<\/h3>\n

    Punctul de plecare este EIR (Employer\u2019s Information Required, conform standardelor PAS, acum \u00eenlocuit de standardele ISO 19650 sub denumirea de Exchange Information Requirements). Acest document stabile\u0219te cerin\u021bele informa\u021bionale \u0219i obiectivele pe care autoritatea contractant\u0103 le cere \u00een momentul \u00een care lanseaz\u0103 o licita\u021bie.<\/p>\n

    Mai detaliat, \u00een aceast\u0103 etap\u0103, autoritatea contractant\u0103, prin intermediul Capitolatului Informativ \u0219i utiliz\u00e2nd EIR, pune accent pe modul \u00een care datele trebuie partajate \u0219i documentele trebuie elaborate \u00eentre participan\u021bii la proiect \u0219i procedurile de verificare, arhivare \u0219i predare a diferitelor modele.<\/p>\n

    Documentele care ar trebui s\u0103 fie incluse \u00een EIR sunt:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. OIR (Organizational Information Requirements)<\/strong>: Define\u0219te informa\u021biile necesare pentru a determina obiectivele ce trebuie atinse de c\u0103tre participan\u021bii la licita\u021bie.<\/li>\n
    2. AIR (Asset Information Requirements)<\/strong>: Con\u021bine toate informa\u021biile necesare pentru ca un activ (lucrare) construit s\u0103 func\u021bioneze corect \u0219i s\u0103 fie \u00eentre\u021binut corespunz\u0103tor. Aceste informa\u021bii includ aspecte de ordin managerial, comercial \u0219i tehnic.<\/li>\n
    3. PIR (Project Information Requirements)<\/strong>: \u00cen func\u021bie de activit\u0103\u021bile care trebuie desf\u0103\u0219urate \u00een cadrul proiectului, acest document define\u0219te informa\u021biile necesare pentru a atinge obiectivele stabilite anterior \u00een OIR.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Fazele BEP<\/h3>\n

      Pre-Contract BEP<\/h4>\n

      Urm\u0103toarea etap\u0103 dup\u0103 definirea EIR este faza de ofertare, numit\u0103 Pre-Contract BEP<\/strong>. Principalul obiectiv al acestei etape este de a r\u0103spunde cerin\u021belor din EIR, demonstr\u00e2nd abordarea, competen\u021bele \u0219i capacit\u0103\u021bile ofertantului \u00een implementarea proiectului BIM. Prin intermediul PIM<\/strong> (Project Information Model<\/em>), echipa de profesioni\u0219ti care particip\u0103 la licita\u021bie furnizeaz\u0103, \u00eentr-o etap\u0103 preliminar\u0103, toate documentele \u0219i materialele (proiectare, planificare, execu\u021bie \u0219i livrare a lucr\u0103rii), care vor fi incluse \u00een oferta depus\u0103.<\/p>\n

      Autoritatea contractant\u0103 valideaz\u0103 apoi capacitatea echipei prin \u00eentocmirea PIP<\/strong> (Project Implementation Plan<\/em>).<\/p>\n

      Post-Contract BEP<\/h4>\n

      Aceasta este o etap\u0103 esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru facilitarea comunic\u0103rii \u0219i pred\u0103rii materialelor proiectului. Post-Contract BEP<\/strong> include cerin\u021bele contractuale privind schimbul de informa\u021bii \u00een termenele stabilite prin contract, folosind canale adecvate, convenite anterior. Este mult mai detaliat dec\u00e2t Pre-Contract BEP, fiind actualizat cu informa\u021bii specifice \u0219i opera\u021bionale precum:<\/p>\n

      1. MIDP (Master Information Delivery Plan)<\/strong>: Documentul care define\u0219te ce informa\u021bii trebuie livrate, specific\u00e2nd formatele, incluz\u00e2nd at\u00e2t modele, c\u00e2t \u0219i desene sau planuri.<\/li>\n
      2. TIDP (Task Information Delivery Plan)<\/strong>: Parte integrant\u0103 a MIDP, acest document este elaborat de fiecare coordonator din cadrul proiectului pentru domeniul s\u0103u de competen\u021b\u0103. Practic, MIDP<\/strong> este compus din toate activit\u0103\u021bile proiectului, iar TIDP<\/strong> detaliaz\u0103 aceste activit\u0103\u021bi (Task => TIDP).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        • Roluri \u0219i responsabilit\u0103\u021bi<\/strong>: Definirea rolurilor cheie precum BIM Manager<\/strong>, BIM Coordinator<\/strong> \u0219i BIM Modeler<\/strong>, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu responsabilit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i fluxurile de lucru aferente.<\/li>\n
        • Planuri de gestionare a informa\u021biilor<\/strong>: Utilizarea platformelor comune de date (CDE<\/strong>, Common Data Environment<\/em>) \u0219i stabilirea procedurilor de aprobare \u0219i revizuire.<\/li>\n
