Modelul geometric (redarea tridimensional\u0103 a infrastructurii) este \u00eenso\u021bit de toate datele fiec\u0103rei componente individuale: propriet\u0103\u021bi \u0219i caracteristici care urmeaz\u0103 un standard pentru a permite software-ului s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 corect informa\u021biile referitoare la partea geometric\u0103 de interes. \u00cen acest articol, vom discuta \u00een ce const\u0103 IDS (Information Delivery Specification), adic\u0103 standardul care define\u0219te toate cerin\u021bele de proiectare necesare referitoare la obiecte, clasific\u0103ri, materiale, propriet\u0103\u021bi \u0219i valori, pentru schimbul acestora \u00eentre diferitele p\u0103r\u021bi, \u0219i pe care trebuie s\u0103 le respecte modelul geometric.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\">Ce este IDS<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">IDS este un format, un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buildingsmart.org\/standards\/bsi-standards\/\">standard de lucru promovat de Building Smart<\/a> care intervine \u00een schimbul \u0219i validarea cerin\u021belor privind informa\u021biile men\u021bionate mai sus. Se \u00eencepe cu o documenta\u021bie \u201ebrut\u0103\u201d care con\u021bine toate datele referitoare la o lucrare \u0219i la caracteristicile BIM pe care ar trebui s\u0103 le aib\u0103. Aici sunt enumerate toate p\u0103r\u021bile proiectului \u00een func\u021bie de materialele utilizate, dimensiuni, tipuri \u0219i a\u0219a mai departe. Acest document este utilizat pentru a genera fi\u0219ierul ICS, care \u00eendepline\u0219te cerin\u021bele clientului (Exchange Requirement), dar poate avea erori, poate genera ne\u00een\u021belegeri \u0219i este posibil s\u0103 nu poat\u0103 fi interpretat de software-ul BIM, deci trebuie \u201emodelat\u201d \u00een conformitate cu standardele pentru o interpretare corect\u0103 \u0219i apoi validat. Deci, \u00een termeni simpli, documentul brut, apoi convertit \u00een ICS, cu toate propriet\u0103\u021bile \u0219i tipurile fiec\u0103rei p\u0103r\u021bi a modelului geometric al unei lucr\u0103ri, care nu urmeaz\u0103 un model standard, este modelat \u00een conformitate cu cerin\u021bele proiectului.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\">Procesul de creare a modelului IDS \u0219i p\u0103r\u021bile interesate<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A\u0219a cum s-a descris \u00een paragraful anterior, procesul porne\u0219te de la un <strong>Beneficiar<\/strong> care creeaz\u0103 specifica\u021bii \u00een faza de licita\u021bie, specific\u00e2nd clar elementele care trebuie modelate, intervalul de valori admisibile sau neadmisibile, \u0219i gener\u00e2nd un fi\u0219ier ICS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La primirea specifica\u021biilor ICS, un <strong>Modelator<\/strong> va interpreta cerin\u021bele \u0219i, pornind de la un model geometric ob\u021binut inclusiv dintr-un fi\u0219ier IFC, va crea un model valid care s\u0103 \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 toate cerin\u021bele Beneficiarului. Scopul este de a asigura o coresponden\u021b\u0103 \u00eentre datele din fi\u0219ierul ICS \u0219i modelul geometric, conform cerin\u021belor specificate. Ca rezultat, se va genera un fi\u0219ier IFC care va con\u021bine at\u00e2t geometria, c\u00e2t \u0219i parametrii IDS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00cen cele din urm\u0103, <strong>Validatorul<\/strong> este entitatea responsabil\u0103 de validarea modelului creat de Modelator, utiliz\u00e2nd specifica\u021biile solicitate. Acest proces este automatizat, fiind bazat pe reguli clare \u0219i informatizate, \u0219i ofer\u0103 un feedback imediat. Ca input, acesta prime\u0219te fi\u0219ierul IFC (model geometric + parametri IDS) \u0219i fi\u0219ierul IDS.
