Seg\u00fan la definici\u00f3n del NIBS (National Institute of Building Sciences), el Building Information Modeling es \u00abuna representaci\u00f3n digital de las caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas y funcionales de una estructura, un recurso de conocimiento compartido que constituye una base confiable para cualquier decisi\u00f3n a lo largo de su ciclo de vida, desde la ideaci\u00f3n hasta la demolici\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El BIM no es un software ni un modelo 3D, sino un conjunto de tecnolog\u00edas, procesos y m\u00e9todos que permiten a las diferentes partes interesadas dise\u00f1ar, construir y gestionar de manera colaborativa una obra en un entorno virtual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El BIM en la construcci\u00f3n es la representaci\u00f3n virtual del edificio, una reproducci\u00f3n digital precisa de cada componente, que permite actividades de control y an\u00e1lisis a lo largo de todo el proceso de construcci\u00f3n, facilitando la extracci\u00f3n datos y documentos necesarios durante las etapas de dise\u00f1o, ejecuci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A pesar de que el uso del BIM ha crecido enormemente en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, con demasiada frecuencia parece <strong>ignorar la geolog\u00eda y el subsuelo<\/strong>. Esta es una omisi\u00f3n significativa, ya que el prop\u00f3sito del BIM es reducir costos al disminuir el riesgo en la fase inicial de dise\u00f1o y durante toda la duraci\u00f3n del proyecto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las condiciones invisibles del subsuelo son una de las principales \u00e1reas de riesgo e incertidumbre en cualquier proyecto de construcci\u00f3n. De hecho, se tiene conocimiento de que m\u00e1s de un tercio de los proyectos de construcci\u00f3n que no cumplen con los l\u00edmites de seguridad mencionan condiciones inesperadas del terreno como uno de los principales elementos que contribuyen al incumplimiento de los factores de seguridad. Los principios del BIM se pueden aplicar a la geotecnia para ayudar a reducir la incertidumbre y producir una mejor investigaci\u00f3n del sitio adecuada para el proyecto y, en \u00faltima instancia, contribuir a reducir riesgos y costos.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proceso tradicional<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Muchos profesionales geot\u00e9cnicos y ge\u00f3logos trabajan dentro de un proceso que se ha desarrollado en el tiempo. Aunque piensan y visualizan en 3D, las informaciones se transmiten con medios tradicionales a trav\u00e9s de informes que contienen planimetr\u00eda 2D y documentos de informes t\u00e9cnicos. Al t\u00e9cnico que sigue, en el proceso de dise\u00f1o, le tocar\u00e1 decodificar las informaciones, intentar comprenderla y volver a visualizarla en 3D.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si observamos el desarrollo del CAD hasta los trabajos actuales en BIM, podemos observar c\u00f3mo la tecnolog\u00eda ha evolucionado desde el reemplazo inicial del tablero de dibujo hasta el dibujo m\u00e1s automatizado y finalmente al BIM 3D completo. Podemos compararlo con la evoluci\u00f3n del software en la industria geot\u00e9cnica. Inicialmente, las estratigraf\u00edas se dibujaban a mano, luego se desarrollaron software que facilitan el dibujo de las estratigraf\u00edas y, en el tiempo, el software agreg\u00f3 la gesti\u00f3n de datos al CAD.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para que las informaciones geol\u00f3gico-t\u00e9cnica puedan reutilizarse en el proceso de dise\u00f1o, usualmente es necesario volver a ingresar las informaciones en otro software. Este es un proceso lento que requiere mucho tiempo y puede generar algunos errores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Los datos digitales son la base y el factor determinante que permite obtener los beneficios del BIM.<\/em><\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse; width: 100%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 50%;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-127576 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/screen_4_gm3d_ro.png\" alt=\"geostru gm3d\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 50%;\">\n<h2 class=\"product_title entry-title\">Modelado geol\u00f3gico 3D \u2013 GM3D<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">GM3D es un software para el modelado BIM geol\u00f3gico y geot\u00e9cnico en 2D-3D. A trav\u00e9s de unos algoritmos sofisticados de modelado 3D, GM3D recrea un modelo estratigr\u00e1fico tridimensional del subsuelo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s de procesar el modelo 3D, es posible crear secciones 2D\/3D que se pueden exportar para realizar an\u00e1lisis posteriores en diferentes situaciones, como: an\u00e1lisis de estabilidad, mec\u00e1nica de rocas, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">GM3D permite importar datos de archivos AGS, TXT, sondeos, pruebas de penetraci\u00f3n est\u00e1tica y din\u00e1mica, pruebas geof\u00edsicas y crear secciones 2D y 3D.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/shop\/software-es\/modelado-geologico-3d\/?lang=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M\u00e1s infos sobre GM3D<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/dzQjuit9I6I\">Video GM3D<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Datos digitales (3D)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los datos digitales son la base y el factor predominante que permite obtener los beneficios del BIM. Para que el BIM tenga \u00e9xito, es necesario utilizar formatos concordantes. Para los datos geot\u00e9cnicos, el Reino Unido y varias partes del mundo tienen la suerte de contar con est\u00e1ndares consolidados acordados, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ags.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AGS (Association of Geotechnical and Geo-environmental Specialists)<\/a>. En Estados Unidos, el formato <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoinstitute.org\/special-projects\/diggs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DIGGS (Data Interchange for Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Specialists)<\/a> empieza a destacarse como formato preferido. Ambos formatos permiten la transferencia de datos geot\u00e9cnicos y geoambientales adentro y entre organizaciones. Mientras se utilicen los est\u00e1ndares de intercambio de datos, la recopilaci\u00f3n de datos geot\u00e9cnicos requiere la importaci\u00f3n de los datos desde el archivo de intercambio al sistema de gesti\u00f3n de datos geot\u00e9cnicos elegido.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>Los software de GeoStru permiten exportar e importar archivos AGS y gestionar los archivos de intercambio internacionales.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>BIM tambi\u00e9n significa: organizaci\u00f3n, compartici\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En esta perspectiva, hemos desarrollado la plataforma <strong>Geodropbox<\/strong>. Con <strong>Geodropbox<\/strong> se puede: organizar la documentaci\u00f3n relacionada con un proyecto, importar archivos AGS y IFC.
